E-minor7
Yes, I do it – launch another weekend game thread. Got the idea from BigK's thoughts about Stephen Stills' collection - which I'd like to see myself - and have others on the list : Neil Young. Mick Jagger (acoustics). James Taylor , , , , to name a few. This could easily be a future guitar magazine trend - For which and whose herd would you like to be guest sheppard ? JuanCarlosVejar
Paul Mccartney's since they are lefty's and probably Mick's acoustics even if upside down ... I'd also like to try out Johnny Cash's Martins =D JC

BigKahune
. Great idea Em7. As I mentioned on the other thread, Stephen Stills' collection. And since I'm a 12 string nut - Leo Kottke. I got a peek at James Taylor's vault in a video. Can't remember where that was. <edit> I found it Em7 - Man, I'd love to see him go through the whole herd. . E-minor7
I follow you guys - and have to add Elvis Costello. From there I'll drive to Paul Simon and have a sensitive deep talk about acoustics and rehearsals. I know Young has a 1950's J-50 with him on tour for the hotel rooms. That one I would like to try. Which brings me to the sub-topic : Superstar ! , , , show us your secret Gibsons. . . .
JohnnyReb
Willie Nelson hahahaha I dunno about that. I'd be to afraid it would fall apart after the first strum and I would be the guy in the history book as killing trigger

JuanCarlosVejar
For me, it would have been the Scott Chinery(RIP) Collection.... I think I heard Chris Martin say Scott wanted a Larsson style Martin ( one big bout one little) Chris said they couldn't do it . So Scott said the price didn't matter . Chris said it would cost 50 ,000 + because he would be paying for the tooling and fixturing . If I remember correctly the guitar was completed after Scott died . Rambler
Here's some new criteria: most comprehensive: Mac Yasada? Although Gere is in there. Any generic well-heeled rocksta'. most Gibson-centric: Gary Burnett. Amie Mann? most esoteric: Ry and Lindley? personal interest: anyone with some 00s, L00s, resos and a slot 12. Steve James comes to mind/
