Homz Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 In Ecuador do the throngs of adoring fans circle the stage in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction? I imagine it can be confusing.
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Save the holy smite. It was a joke. Religious nuts scare me more then republicans. Oops, same thing. :P
Thundergod Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 I don't think I follow... what was the question again?
Thundergod Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 BTW bands dont get THAT MUCH atention here as to have "throngs of adoring fans" cirling the stage... really... most of the time you play for 500 people tops... if you are lucky, you get to open for an international/foreign artist, and even then we are talking about 8000-20000 people at most, I played twice for close to 20000 people and it was an overwhelming experience. Keep in mind most artists that come here are either 80s has beens or hanah montana - jonas brothers types... no Iron Maiden or Pink Floyd... Now that Axls CD has been a total failure, GnR maight come and give some shows!
AXE® Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Do the toilets flush clockwise or counter clockwise...???? Seriously....
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Axe got it. I thought I was going to have to explain my ramblings. U da man Axe.
Thundergod Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 No pictures necessary.... I shoot a video...
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Axe got it. I thought I was going to have to explain my ramblings. U da man Axe. Proof positive that us smokers are smarter then non smokers. Our neurons fire at a stimulated rate and thus we think faster. Although I suppose the flame that burns faster doesn't burn as long.
AXE® Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 And I'm a real pr!ck to boot. Now how bout a Marlboro and a quad shot of Jack.
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 And I'm a real pr!ck to boot. Now how bout a Marlboro and a quad shot of Jack. I'll have a double shot of Canadian Club. Not to fond of the TN or KY brands of Whisky.
AXE® Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 I trade my Canadian guitar cases for USA made.....
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 I don't know if mine is Canadian or U.S.A.. I would obviously prefer it to be made here. We need all the jobs we can get. Especially now! I could get up and walk the entire 8 feet to my case which is snuggled in next to the display case; to check its country of origin. But, I'm to lazy.
Thundergod Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 In my defense... english is not my 1st languaje... so some of your post might have gotten lost to me while translating... I dont smoke but I like jacky and beer.
Homz Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Sorry T. I just expect everyone is totally fluent in English. It's a failure of my "superior American" attitude. Not an attitude I am very proud of BTW. Having done some extensive travel in South East Asia (specifically [non-war related] Viet Nam) I find many still look at the States as being a place they would like to live. As an American I and all of us should again try to do our best to promote the best part of our natures. With the major change in our political situation (regardless of weather your for or against) it offers us that opportunity.
