bonzoboy Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Today I was in my usual music store Reid Music when I saw and heard what I want for Christmas and that's a handwired Vox AC-15.Jason the sales guy played a lovely Seymour Duncan Tele through it and it just boomed out the sound with both pups engaged.It is a bit steep for a Christmas gift at $625 but since the Missus broke a 15 year tradition of giving me musical gifts last year by giving me this P.O.S. computer,she needs to give me the amp to make it up to me.lol. I'm down for a 4th laptop Anyways, a lot of the problems you brought up in the past would probably be a 45 minute fix at the shop. enjoy the hell out of that amp, though.
