RobbiLee
Hey all, I have a 2004 Les Paul Standard LE in Manhattan Midnight. There were only 275 of these made I believe. This is by far the most beautiful guitar I have ever seen or owned. I was debating on selling this in the new future. However, I am unaware of the current price it would be. I have all original paperwork and the case it came in. Also, I was curious as to your thoughts on keeping it as a collectible. This isn't the image of my actual guitar, however, it is this exact model/style. Thanks for your comments and help.
Markini
I have always been partial to "BlueBursts" that is a beautiful guitar. The small number manufactured are in your favor and that Blueburst is not very common. Unfortunately it is a buyer's market in this economy. The guitar market essentially is over supplied at the moment. By coincidence Gibson is currently offering a 2012 "Blueburst" LP, for $2000 retail. I don't remember if it is a Trad or a STD. Given that your guitar is a limited edition, I would value it at $2000 to maybe $2400 dollars. The 2012 LP mentioned above probably sells for $1800 after haggling. The LP market is saturated at the moment.
