Ryan H
The 40 sounded okay...the 15 was uninspiring to say the least. I don't know, I just can't get behind outsourcing one of Marshall's most iconic ranges (the JCM 2000) to Vietnam. You can hear the difference. Fizzy, thin, bland. The MA series was just fine. -Ryan
kaleb
I'll stick to the first-generation DSL-100s thank you very much.
Blueblooded
I'm with you guys. Are you sure those aren't manufactured in a Crate factory? If you've played through any of the past DSL series amps you'll immediately recognize the difference. Too bad Marshall feels the need to manufacture these cheaper (outside of England) and sacrifice tone and quality. Thank goodness there are plenty of old DSLs, TSL's, etc. out there at better prices used.

kaleb
I'm gonna jump the shark here and flat out say that Marshall is officially the KISS of the amplifier world.... C'mon! They call a completely different (albeit inferior) a DSL, each amp line seems to be not as good as the previous, the name is on everything! C'mon! I'm gonna stop now..... I'm pretty sure most will agree with you. With the exception of the 50th Anniversary stuff (overpriced but still good quality), the Class 5, the Signature stuff (YJM and AFD) and the JVM's, they haven't released anything New that's Good in the last while. Marshall can't do Far East manufacturing well. UK or go home.
