Killing Is Heroism
I'm wanting to put some new electronics in my guitar, mainly pickups and potentially capacitors. It's a Les Paul Studio Faded (2010 if that makes a difference) and I want to know what capacitors Gibson put in these guitars and if they're worth changing out. btoth76
Hello! 0.022 micro-Farad ceramic capacitors with humbuckers. Start with caps first, then the pickups. The cap change might take You there without spending much money. Cheers... Bence
Gary Moore Tribute
The Pickups in that model are Burstbucket Pro's (Same as Standard) Just out of curiosity are the pots and caps on a CBS board? I have the more expensive option of removing said board ans buying 4 500k CTS pots (£8 each) and fitting 2 USA Bumbles (£25 each) Adding Orange Drops are also a good idea (Used in P90 Gibsons)
