Gordy01 Posted October 29, 2012 Share Posted October 29, 2012 It is definitely not as thick as a Les Paul. Those are about 2 1/4 inches thick in the middle. The SG is only 1 1/2 inches, quite thin. antwhi2001 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 Much closer to a Les Paul than an SG. However, lighter than a LP because there's a lot of wood routed out under the pickguard.
