Wiring mods Nighthawk CR

I've got nothing.

I am at work and have read every single Nighthawk thread on this forum.

I really like mine, It's all stock with Callaham saddles. Just put 11's on it last night.

 

Has anyone done any wiring mods, pot cap replacements? Anything?

Nothing yet but I was thinking of putting in a 3 way and having the middle pickup on a stacked volume or another push/pull . So you could get bridge and neck together.

 

I had mine on 11's too for a while, great choice for it I thought, but I have dodgey digits and couldn't do anything meaningful for a bend and had to drop down again :(

I'm going to the give the 11s a couple months.... I'm definately in the same boat as you though.

 

I wonder how it would sound with all three pickups at once..... Good idea!

played my nighthawk last night.It is nice and slinky with 11's!

Well, if its anything like what my Strat sounded like with 3 pickups on at once all I can say is it will suck. Seriously. But, go ahead and try it, see what you think.
