Yeah - the rest of the band probably threw him off the bus somewhere near Woodstock on the way OUT of Woodstock and the Peace Guitar, kaftan, sandals, beads, incense and a bottle of petuli with him and all to be found in dumper in Ohio where he had walked to on the way back to SF.

I also have a feeling the original finish has been scrubbed - it would have been bright yellow PLUS! and perhaps a "This Machine Kills F......................" logo.

P.S. And thank goodness for Black Sabbath or whoever it was that came out and made black t-shirts and dirty Levis popular instead of the paisley shirt with - yes- white Amco jeans and jacket and awful handmade bronze peace medallion on a leather thong around neck, and thank goodness AGAIN that everyone was too stupid to have a camera - (I hope).

Steve Derwinski is kind of a legend in the Anderson Valley region. He actually makes some really nice guitars. Hal Wagenet, who is an amazing guitarist plays a Derwinski. Hal, by the way, was the first guitar player with Its a Beautiful Day. Talk about a canyons of your mind kinda band.
