D28boy
Does anyone use this as a replacement to the stock stop bar/ tailpiece. I believe you can drop the strings in from the front and also fine tune each string using a small adjusting wheel...Does it make re-stringing quicker , improve tuning and do anything for tone? BobB
I use one on my SG. The thing I love the most about the TP-6 fine tuning tail-piece is the added sustain it provides. String change is a bit easier too. The ball end of the string is dropped into the slot, rather than threading through the backside of the tail-piece. The fine tuning feature is great when need to dial in your tuning for recording.

Bob Isaac
I have one on my Orbison 335 and I find it easier to tune than my other 335 that has the standard stop bar. Bob
