SRV-Zeppelin
And just when I thought I couldn't like Customs any more, THIS comes along...
RichCI
Posing it in front of those sweet old Marshalls must not be helping you any either.
retrosurfer1959
Now that's a white guitar! I don't really like white guitars very much but like I said in a post a few day's back wants they yellow with age and turn into a nice cream color then there hard to beat. Thats gogeous and looks to be in pretty good shape for a thirty year old Axe

I didn't know they yellowed with age. But you probably know more about it than I do...
RichCI
They absolutely yellow with age, just like the one in the auction you posted. I have an old Ibanez (late 70s?) that looks similar to a Les Paul and it's finish has aged to very close to what is in those pictures of the LP. SRV-Zeppelin
Interesting. I guess that's just more motivation to buy a white Custom when I can afford it!
mildperv
That particular Custom has been on ebay for months (literally). It started at $4500 and is now$3999. It needs to drop another grand.
