Marshall MA50H

I don't know a lot about them, other than they are a good bang for the buck amp if you must have the Marshall name tag.

Yes they are Asian made to Marshall specs, I just don't know about the specs.

For that price you can't really go wrong & with Sweetwaters return policy I'd say give it a whirl.

Just remember a new tube amp and speakers will never sound any worse than they do brand new.

Usually about 6 hrs of hard play time and things start to loosen up and sound better. The "cook in" time.

Mediocre at best.

Like the Haze series, just ain't worth it. Might as well save up and get something better if you ask me...

I love those little 2061x 20 watters. One of those cranked up with a good distortion pedal would be ****.

Yes, but there are better choices as always.

Would you take the hot blonde or the mediocre brunette?

When the HOT BLONDE is only about 1800-3000 bucks for the best-of-the-best, I'm gonna take the hot blonde over a bunch of cheap amps EVERY TIME.

It blows me away when some guys have no problem having multiple guitars ranging from 1200-2400 bucks, and they don't want to spring the same for a single amp of the same price.

Even though I'm not a fan of partical board construction-poor resonance-I have to say that for just $400 you'll have a wicked amp. There's nothing sweeter sounding than a Marshall tube amp being pushed into dishing out the dirt volume.Even the Marshall combos are quite capable of getting a killer tone.If I were you I'd have that amp in my music room by now.

BTW if you do decide to buy it,don't crank it up to top volume during the first week in order for the speaker to get limbered up and the tubes burned in properly.Try not to turn the master above 5 for this period in order to ensure that you have a great sounding amp.
