zigzag Posted December 12, 2012 Author Share Posted December 12, 2012 Should have expected that from this group. His explanation of modes makes more sense than any other that I have heard. It is one thing to know the patterns and intervals, it is another to understand how they work. Best mode lesson I've seen on the internet. Using a bass note as a pedal tone and tonal center is good advice when learning/practicing modes.
