I know this isn't a place for personal matters ... but at times people seem to share a story or a thought that has deeply affected them .

I've been thinking about all this stuff all the suffering ... those children and the teachers had to face .

just a few weeks before I was standing here in front of my computer screen with my girlfriend listening to "Tears In Heaven" ( I had previously told her about how Eric wrote the song ) and I had listened to the song so many before alone ... but that one time I was with her I broke down and I cried just saying her how all parents should feel the same way Eric felt about his son ... It just pains me so much to see how some "parents" can treat a child so badly ... with insults and horrible things yet they never can tell them they are special or beautiful .

 

Once I saw the news about the shooting in Newtown ... I started thinking about how those folks never even got to give there children a kiss or a hug or say I love you before that shooter just went and did what he did . my prayers and best wishes are with all the families who lost someone that dreadful day .
