How's Business, Gibson?

I'm hoping good. I bought an ('07) ES-339 this year from MF. And an '08 Les Paul Studio. I also bought a 1933 Mandolin from Gruhns.

I'm around $5000.00 for Gibson gear this year.

In these tough economic times, I'm doing my part for Orville. I will start buying Gibson strings, because I see it getting this tough.

I'm done for the year. BUT..... Next year is looking good.

There is a Mom and Pop about an hour plus North of here, that has an ES-335 I liked.

I'm gonna swap off my last Fender, ('91 Tele) ,,,,(except for the bass) and be done with em'.

I'll be all Gibson, Mesa, and a few Fender amps.

When I plug up my ol' Tele after playing the 339, it just sounds like a kids toy. I have no idea how I lived with that choked/wanna puke single coil sound for, actually, several years.

No idea.....

Best to ya'll.
