daveinspain
Didn't expect to find one of these but they had one left at GC so I picked it up. Got a good deal and it's not an expensive peddle anyway. When I played with it in the store, to tell you the truth, I was a little bit disappointed because it's very limited in what it does. It does fuzz and that's it. No bells and whistles just more or less degrees of fuzz. 2 knobs, one for volume and the other for fuzziness. I think with a bit of reverb and a touch of delay it might sound pretty cool. I couldn't and/or didn't want to play it loud in GC so I really wont be able to get a feel for it until I test it out in my studio. I don't have a fuzz box so I'm sure I'll be able to use it. Riffster
Nice, and yea a lot of Fuzz pedals are simple, that's why a some folks have a lot of them, every pedal has different nuances. Also Fuzz is not something amps can really do.
Guest Farnsbarns
I think I've come up with an interesting mod for any fuzz pedal allowing for two "shape" controls. I'll be trying it out in the very near future, watch out for a thread about it.
Californiaman
Dave, you know what the best thing is about a Fuzz pedal? It's fuzz. I've got two fuzz pedals and love 'em when I want to get fuzzy. Rock on with your bad self.
Californiaman
Drink enough of those bloody marrys and you'll get pretty fuzzy too.
