Have any of you members had the pleasure of having this awsome little practice amp...

 

Its a SMOKEY Amp made in the USA...

 

Will even drive a 4X12 speaker cabinet or will double up as an excellent little fuzz box...

 

For what they cost they kick ***..

Actually sounds great when you mic it and put through your own home PA. My setup isn't too complicated. I just put a mic up to it and beam the signal through my Peavy KB-3.

Just how durable are the Smokeys?

 

I've been jonesing for a few, I'm just afraid I'll stick one in my back pocket and...whoops...

I used to use them, but I gave them up. I heard they were bad for you.

I have this little mini Fender twin... Sounds great, runs on batteries or ac.... Has volume, tone and drive control and a headphone jack that you can use as a line out. Very cool!!

As iam sure you know they are just recycled cig packets...That said I think they are coated with something to harden them up a little...

 

Im not sayin your fat but yes you would flatten it in your back pocket....
