Interesting things going on in some of those, Rabs!

FWIW as a bit of a comparison, here are a couple of mine;

1993 '59 R-I.

1995 '60 R-I.

I had thought these were wired identically but, on closer inspection, they are quite different! Very Curious Indeed......

I'll have to check something out later on......

I don't have any of the innards of my 1960 Classics but I seem to remember them being slightly different from yours.

My pair are from '91 and '95 so that might explain things a bit.

I'm expecting to be wrapped up in stuff for the next 3 or 4 days but if I get time I'll have a gander to check.

Yeah thats why I thought it would be an ineresting topic for those who are into the wiring side of things [thumbup]

I will come to do my own one soon..

EDIT: By the way the only one that wasnt stock was the DC Special.. All of the rest were bought as new so thats how they came from the factory.

One thing which was a bit of a shock was to see how well-finished / neatly shaped were the control cavities of all of yours are and how......errmm.....'Vintage Authentic"....(shoddy) were the re-issues!
