Buxom
I'm giving myself a bit of rest by doing a less strenuous activity; Refinishing my drums. I really enjoy playing and all, but what I enjoy even more is taking apart the instrument and working on it. I finished my bass drum today, and I'm going to do all 3 toms tomorrow. Luckily, the snare is steel. I did well, especially for a C student in woodshop.

Buxom
Well, it wasn't really anything before. Just plain, black, vinyl. I used minwax poly, antique walnut

Looks professional.
badbluesplayer
Great job! It looks really professional. Did you use the water based stuff (the stuff in the silver colored can)?

Buxom
Just finished the second rack tom. Waiting for it to dry. It took me 3 hours (some GTA and a Clint Eastwood movie) to finish both racks. The floor will probably take me another 2 hours.
