New $89 LP Special Day

Recommended Posts

I bought an Epiphone LP Special today

TV Yellow with P-90 pickups

I'm very pleased with it

and can't stop playing it.

Hope my hand doesn't bleed from the sharp frets

this is the first Epiphone I've had with sharp frets.

I'll just keep my band aids nearby.

Hope I don't start to drink and get too loose and dam that stuff

just let 'em bleed!!

It's Saturday night so no telling what might transpire

sorry no pictures yet.

I haven't taken any

OK... Grats... $89 is crazy good value for that sweet lil geet...

& Epi P90s Rock... & you got two [thumbup][thumbup]

Thanks!

Man I cranked this on Line 6 'Blizzard' and it was whippin icicles all around me. What a wild sound it has

but comes right down and cleans up nicely too

Love The Pickups!

Sweet fiddle, has a very cool vibe to it.

Ok dumb question of the day. can anyone explain the sound of a LP with P90s? I have two with humbuckers, one Gibson and one an Aria Pro, but I have never played one with the P90s. I do have a set of them on the Riv, but that is a whole different animal then an LP.

Gas got to me. Your pictures sold me. This is another fine playing guitar. Bolt on neck is very nice, low action, no buzz, no sharp frets. I played it a few hours, nice.

I really dig the "worn" finish on this. It isn't glossy like the other LP in the last picture and the guitar itself is pretty light, but very solid. A very cool guitar imho. [thumbup] Great value [thumbup]

The P90's sound very clear, lot's of tonal variety. I have (among others) a Fender GDEC 3-30 amp that I played this instrument through this evening. It is a modeling amp with 20 different amp models and various effects. This guitar sounds extremely excellent (again, imho). I'm diggin'it.

I also got an Epiphone gig bag to put it in :D [cool]

Thanks Epiphone for making another great LP \:D/ [thumbup] [thumbup]
