charlie brown
Sigh...Why not just ask a "Cool Million" a pop, for it?! Folks with that kind of disposable income, are the only one's that are going to buy it, anyway! I wish they'd make a regular version, without all the specific relic/detailing. Just one, that was that color, with the off-set seam, and other basic spec's, for 2-3 grand, list. For us "fans," that don't have millions! DanvillRob
I'm sorry....that's just plain stupid...... If Clapton and Harrison actually played it, it 'might' be worth that kind of money....but NOT a guitar 'based' on Lucy!

Dennis G
Gretsch did something similar a couple of years ago with Harrison's DuoJet (the "Ol' Black Gretsch") http://www.gretschguitars.com/features/georgeharrison I don't remember the details, but it was something similar with a very limited run at a very high price. I went to NAMM when Gretsch had the original on display and probably spent a good 30 minutes looking at every scratch, ding, nick etc. on it (as it rotated in its' glass display case LOL). It was definitely a working musician's guitar. Would I pay that kind of money for a replica? Not gonna happen.
