Automatic Slim Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 Are the slotted LP humbucker pickup mounting rings that form part of the 2015 bracketless pickguard assembly available for purchase as a separate part? I have seen the 2015 pickguards offered for sale by EBay and internet vendors, but not the corresponding pickup mounting rings. I want to mount a pickguard on my 2013 LP 60's Tribute without drilling it, and assuming the 2015 rings will fit (another ?), adding the 2015 bracketless pickguard seems to be a possible solution. I've sent the guy who makes the "screwless" pickguards (Bobby Lee Signature series) a couple of emails , but no response yet -- so I'm looking into alternatives. Thanks in advance.
