Basanova69
I recently bought a Gibson Hawk amplifier, which I believe is a 1969. The original paperwork shows it was fitted with a 10' speaker. I measured the speaker at 9' at the cone and 9.5' at the mounting screws. Is this normal for Gibson or just an anomaly. I am thinking about mounting a 12' Eminence R.W.and Blues to replace original. Does anybody think this will be a problem?

Basanova69
Never mind, I found out the speakers are nominal size. I decided to put a 10" Eminence "Lil Buddy" in it.
