My question isn’t about the guitar which by the way is a very nice piece, no my question is how is everyone able to post so many pictures and I can’t post ONE without it saying it exceeds the amount of space which is 400 something! I’ve got pictures of a Gibson L50 guitar I’m looking for answers about. Anyone reading this your help would be appreciated and helpful!! Thanks in advance for your help!

I keep trying to add a snap shot of the L50 but apparently it’s exceeded the allotted amount of space. Trust me everything I’ve read so far on these threads matches my Gibson.
My question is other than the L50 stamped in the F-Hole is there any other way of dating it? There’s nothing stamped on the back of the headstock either. Any feedback would be helpful, thanks! -
I was only able to find this letter and numbers inside. I have a friend who owns a guitar repair shop who’s coming over with a scope. Any opinions are appreciated!

I owned a 40s Banner that was so worn out. You could see the trussrod from the back of the neck. It was beat. Someone actually paint it black with a brush. So seeing this L50 in this state. Shows they were bought to be played hard.
As we like to say down south, they were meant to be rode hard and put up wet!

That’s sure is a nice studio Les Paul!! You’re lucky to have such a fine piece of Americana history!! I can’t get over all the paperwork, etc.
