Hi! I am hoping someone can help me id this particular Gibson. It is sort of like a U2, but has 4 control knobs instead of flip switches. It does have a serial number and "Made in USA" that is barely legible thru the paint and I really don't want to remove the paint to make it more visible. It looks like the serial number may start with 82 or 89. It is a bolted neck. Kohler wammy bar with string locks. 4 pickpups. It is not a strat type. Came with a chainsaw type case. Plays great, the fretboard is super comfy. Solid wood body, not a Sonex. Grover tuners.
