[Hum problem with new Epi SST-Studio]

Hello:

 

I was wondering if this problem has been resolved with the hum. Also, if you still have this guitar could you tell me the dimensions of the lower bout, upper bout and body length?

I'll have to check to see if the hum is evident in both headphone or normal setting. I DO know that other Epi SST owners have had the same problem since I've seen this mentioned before elsewhere. BTW I purchased this guitar NEW a month ago.
