Buying A 2002 R9

In the not too distant future, I will be entering the world of Reissues for the first time. Unfortunately, here in Melbourne Australia our choices are somewhat limited retail wise (at least from my perspective anyway), and accordingly the prices can be quite steep. There's a 2002 R9 with AA flamed top in what appears to be washed cherry (I've only seen pics of it), but with no advertised asking price. It appears to be in very good condition, with no visible dings, buckle rash etc. There is the COA and case. I'm hoping to go and check it out next week. What would be considered a "fair and "reasonable" price/offer? I understand that this may be a "how long is a piece of string" type question, but I'd like to be able to go in with at least some idea. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
