stevewilldo
Hi,I'm new to this forum and not asking for myself but for my dad. He has a 1946 BR6 Lapsteel very good condition except that the plastic Bridge cover which runs between the control knobs and behind the bridge is missing. A web site or ebay seller by the name of EZ PZ Parts shows a chrome bridge cover for vintage gibson guitars. Bass and Electric one I think with what looks similar if not exact shape and size of what should be on the lap steel. I can't get info on physical size and mounting holes. Does anyone know this part, or have a line on a replacement? Metal is fine not looking to make totally original but don't want to mod guitar at all. All this part does is covers the ends of the strings in the bridge. Thanks Steve
