pasvorto Posted December 30, 2018 Share Posted December 30, 2018 I bought an Epiphone from a local music store a few months ago. It is a Gold Top. The head says "Les Paul Traditional Pro". It says "Epipone" at the top and "Les Paul MODEL (in gold)" on the head. On the back of the head it says "Epiphone Limited Edition Custom Shop". It has Gibson Deluxe tuners. The serial # says 13051505564. Is that a valid #? I am told the pickups have been changed. What seems weird to me is that the head looks just like the Gibson head (with the wings), not the 'cut away' look of the Epiphones. It sounds great and plays well, however.
