I just received my brand new beautiful Les Paul Ultra III, but the USB connection is not working at all! :( - Connection and driver installation went automatically. - Device is listed as a USB microphone, but no sound of any sort comes through. - Tested it on another Windows-10 laptop, the same happens. The lights come up on the guitar as well, so there is definitely a connection, only no sound comes through at all. Volume checked and confirmed at 100%, multiple recording software was used to try and record anything but no use. The sounds window also lists the device, but no movement of any sort on the green scales, like with the built-in mic or headset mic and such. Any idea? A driver update perhaps?
