tnathantaylor Posted November 25, 2009 Share Posted November 25, 2009 I'm test driving a 1955 Gibson J-45. It has the small guard and from what I can tell, scalloped braces. Am I correct in assuming that the change over to the shorter unscalloped braces and the larger guard happened early in 55' ?
