Jock68 Posted July 9, 2010 Share Posted July 9, 2010 I have a 2006 Gibson Custom 68, love the look and sound but cannot get used to the neck profile, a bit too thick for me. I was thinking about getting it made a bit slimmer. Has anyone had this done, or offer me any advice? I have been looking for a good Custom with a slim profile but they do not seem to exist. I realise that it will de-value the guitar but I love the guitar and find that I do not use it as much as I would if it had a slimmer neck.
