guitar amplification problem

i need a HUGE favor.

there is a camp coming up for some youth building thing,

and i am in charge of music(playing,etc.)

only problem is,

i don't have an acoustic electric guitar,or the pickup that you can set into the guitar.

and the only means of amplification is a cheap mic,not the instrumental ones.

i know by experience it doesn't really pick up the sound and all you get is a that sharp ear-splitting pain.

i need to know,

is there any way to be able to use those cheap microphones to amplify the sound?

don't have to be good,just have to work.
