Rocky4
I hope you didn't pay a plumber $75 to come out and screw it back on. Our shower heads at work could cut an arm off if you weren't careful.
TommyK
You want to reduce hot water consumption? Get a smaller water heater. 30 gallons of hot is plenty for a shower. Probably even 20. Some people, like my, then, teenage son, would shower until the hot water was gone. Thought about a tankless, but he'd still be in there with an endless stream of warm water. I've heard of people who remodel their baths with the concomitant new stool. Then after a couple days, they are out in the city dump looking for their old one! 2 gallon flush vs 1.5 gallon flush sounds like a savings, except they didn't factor in the 2 flushes it takes to get the water clean and clear. But... someone got to put a check mark next to their name on the 'environmental' bill.
