Everybody here wants SRV........I'm not SRV Surely you're not completely out of the loop... SRV is gone and you're still here... Well, it was productive. We needed to go over parts, etc.. The bass player is a guitarist but is playing bass for us. He's good, but was having trouble with some parts but he was able to get them after a couple of times. We ironed out where and when I do the solos, etc... Our acoustic guy/singer is gelling, and the drummer has played over 25 years everywhere, so he's solid. We didn't practice with the girl singers, 2 of them (there were 3, but one is leaving town), and maybe that's why we got a lot done LOL ...
