Heroes of The Open End
i just bought a 1984 Explorer with some sort of stock humbuckers - although i cant find any pictures or descriptions online that match them exactly. the covers are soldered onto to the coils, and there is no other identification on the bottom other than a stamped date of "AUG 25 1980". there arent any screws either - just the poles coming through. the pic i attached isnt perfect, but it should give you a good look at it. i know this must be somewhere in the PAF reissues, Shaws, T-tops range of pickups, but ive yet to find a picture that matches the bottom of this pup. any help would be much appreciated. thanks mike
tazzboy
T Top Pickups. I don't think that is stock pickup. The Previous owner must have installed it.
