IsaiasB Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Hello, good day(or night :)) to everyone, recently i bought a new Gibson LP 1957 Goldtop Darkback VOS, because it's a VOS I accepted the guitar, but it's like damaged, the wood is like someone hit it with something, and some friends sent to me pics of the same model and is not like this, I want to know if this is truth, and i need information about this. the guitar have a problem with the paint, the clothes stick to the guitar when i'm using it, and is like very old and without a correct treatment, so i want someone to tell me if this is because of it is a VOS. about the tune-o-matic, the 1-string was touching the screw, i think is impossible for gibson make that mistake. here some pics of the guitar http://imageshack.us/g/252/p1120402.jpg/.
