AxeManJax Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Hello fellow Epiphoners, I have just bought a 1996 Sorrento reissue. Nice guitar! The problem is, I want to change the cream P90 covers to chrome, just because I think it'll look better (it's a natural top). I know all about the "do metal pickup covered change the sound" discussion, but I'd like to give it a try. Unfortunately, it seems they are difficult to find on the interwebs.The Gibson ones don't fit, of course, (for example, the spacing of the neck pickup pole pieces is different) and I think they need to be slightly curved to follow the body shape.
