Epiphone Les Paul 100 Serial Number?

I have a epiphone les paul 100

 

it says hand crafted in korea on the metal plate on the back

and epiphone nashville tenn usa

 

the serial number says C4090922

 

Can anyone tell from the serial number what city in Korea it was manufactured?

I'm guessing here, but given the "C" prefix and the Korean manufacture, and the fact the The Guitar Dater project has no record, it's possible that it was made by Cort. Given Cort's legacy of being known for its unfair treatment of it's workers I'm not sure if Epiphone would ever admit to having its guitars manufactured there. The fact that other factories have prefixes matching their name (S = Samick, P = Peerless, U = Unsung...) it certainly fits. If I were a betting man....
