pauly Posted March 8, 2013 Share Posted March 8, 2013 I googled the specs for mini humbuckers and got nothing of value out of it..the specs for vintage HBs basically. I am *guessing* a 2012 70's tribute are not vintage. The reason I ask is the bridge pup is pretty thin sounding, unlike the neck which is mostly full and rich. I've tried different tone/volume settings on a couple different amps (one a tube and one solid state) with the same thin sound results. How do I measure the output of the pups? What are the output specs for the pups? Do they have to be dis-connected or can it be done with wiring intact? Thanks for any insight/help.
