Gibson appear not to wish to disclose how many Hummingbird 12 Strings are in their latest 2017 "rarely offered iconic 12 String guitar" run.

Their six string limited edition states, "production run of 50" on the internal label. Why so coy? Their reply to my 5 star dealer said very little and there has been no reply to my recent enquiry.
A parting thought..............
"Better keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than open it and remove all doubt."

ps Gibson: Es 175 (54), 335, 339 Lucille. Hummingbird, Hummingbird 12 string , J4a5, SJ200. Les paul '59 Reissue.
Fender 5 string Telecaster. Gretsch Resonator and Bo Diddley signature.
