Seeking any input on solving a problem with a G-Force tuning system. The low-E tuning key turns but the post does not respond/turn. The low-E string has a lot of slack (no existing tension). The guitar is new. Customer says they've not been able to get it to work. If the customer had tried to manually turn the key would it cause a problem? Ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
