Still, I wish I had bought Disney stock back in the 90s when my Boss recommended it.

Well, it was nicely done, not that I would have bought it.

Was there supposed to be a video here somewhere?

Picked up a LP during lunch to have a little fun and as soon as I started to tune up, the E string popped.
Was feeling too lazy to go upstairs for another one.
Maybe tomorrow.

Yeah, I agree, that's probably permanent, the nitro reacted with plastic.

Looks great and sounds even better!

It's a good wood for fretboards.
Gibson also uses Ebony and Richlite.
I won't buy a guitar with a Richlite board though, because I have this thing against fake wood.

Nice. My dual humbucker SG Special was the best SG I have owned, and I also owned a Standard, a Faded, and another Special.
I didn't even get a guitar pick.
I got a guitar pick in my stocking but lost it during the cleanup.

I got one of the Inverness Green SG Specials from AMS.

I've always used 10s, but a good Rick Beato video tested them and recommended trying the 9s, so I bought a set and will try them on one of my LPs at the next string change.

Pretty Cool!

I heard the brown ones are being phased out for a black one.

I have had great service from Gibson’s Support.
