  1. No prob. I did change them. The pots are a good idea. It may be intermittent... Not sure. I'll try that. It may be I'm just used to fishman, which I think attenuates to avoid this.?
  2. Have a 2009 pr-5e/n with an esonic pre-amp (mono, no nanomag)... Perhaps I'm setting it wrong. Finger-picking, light strumming are lovely. Really lovely... Fully aged wood, clear overtones, sweet. Hard strumming, even with thumb flesh? Ugly, ugly distortion. Simply turning down "volume" doesn't really work. I have to turn it down nearly to off... Then amp so high there's serious hiss through a Fender PA. Any ideas? No tech nearby.
