Hi Thanks your more than welcome I agree the special is a great guitar the one like mine was actually originally produced in Japan in the 80,s not sure of the model JK1000 or something

No I have done on 3 of them start by removing the neck and drilling a hole with a 5mm wood bit from the back of the pocket into the bridge humbucker then get a template off Amazon or eBay and a router
