It is definitely more noticeable on the first 3-4 frets. I am going to try adding a bit of relief and see if that helps. Thanks

Yes, It fits under but just barely touches the strings.

Yes, I have had it setup and it did not fix the issue. The neck is pretty straight with a small amount little relief and the action is low. Not sure how to tell if there is a high fret. Maybe adding more relief?
