  1. Evening all. I have a recently acquired new 2022 Slash Epi LP NB, which I am in the process of bonding with (it’s a really nice player with good build quality), but more on that later. My question is, what is the “Slash custom c-shape” neck profile as described on the website? I’m curious as to how it compares to other more traditional shapes, such as the rounded c, or slim taper c, etc. just so when I’m looking at other guitars I have an idea of how it’s neck compares to what I’m used to. Thanks.
  2. Thanks. I did go by a local shop after I posted and saw many Les Pauls similarly set up, which made me feel better that mine was not a “ticking bomb”, if you will. Not that it was that big of a deal, but you get my drift. Thanks for responding…especially with good news, lol!
  3. Greetings all! I have recently purchased my first Les Paul 😁 and in my enthusiastic research I have read about the stop bar tailpiece height, string break angle and leaning/broken bridges. Does mine look ok? This is how I bought it (new from a dealer)and am now sufficiently paranoid that I wanted to reach out to those with extensive experience to determine if it’s ok, or if I should raise the stop bar or wrap the strings to avoid any problems in the future. The overall setup feels great, fwiw. No buzzing. Easy playability. And that sustain! 😎 Thanks in advance for your advice!
