I purchased this directly from Gibson. I'd send it back but I do like the guitar. My hangup is that I'd get one that's worse! Have they ever offered some sorta discount for an issue like this?

This kind of finish is like this on both sides where the neck meets the body. Is this normal? It plays nice, not sure I want to go through the process of a return, but what do you guys think?
