A while back I bought a Matsumoku Sheraton that the owner was relatively sure was an '82. The serial number definitely puts it in the '79-'82 range. It came in a nice hard case that has a lot of wear, and a faded Gibson logo. Would an '82 Sheraton have come with a Gibson-branded case, or is this an old 335 or similar case? It seems to me it would've been in an Epiphone case. Thanks for any help!
