Yeah, I felt the same way. I figured I’d see if anyone here could weigh in on the issue before contacting customer care. Thanks for the input. I’m posting a pic here so you can see what I’m looking at.

There is a local shop that has what looks like a Gothic Les Paul for sale, but there are some inconsistencies. It has a gold emblem on the headstock and no picture on the back of the headstock. It does have the moon and star inlay. It has white pickguard and knobs (which are easy to explain as swaps). Serial is a 8 digit that suggests a 2000 manufacture date. Does anyone have input on these or is it a fake of some sort?
